  • Counselling
    Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm
  • Fitness & Recreation Centres
    Lansdowne | Monday to Friday:7am to 8pm, Saturday:10am - 6pm
    Interurban |Monday to Friday:7am - 6pm
  • Help Centres

    Monday to Thursday: 8am to 9:30pm
    Friday: 8am to 6pm
    Saturday: 12 noon to 5pm
    Sunday: Lansdowne -12 noon to 5pm, Interurban - closed
