In memory of long-time member, Doreen Sutherland, the purpose of this gift is to encourage women to pursue careers in sport and exercise by providing an award to a female-identifying student in good standing studying in any program offered by the Centre for Sport and Exercise Education. Preference will be given to an Indigenous female-identifying student whenever possible.
